This initially started out as a quick scribble to figure out a design for Coahoma's right-hand henchman -- because every villain needs some lower-rank guy to boss around, bwahahah. ;) But after coloring in the markings, I realized he looked like a mix between Deszo and Makah -- Tane's parents. So I decided the design should go to Felan, Tane's younger brother, instead of Coahoma's unnamed henchman. But then I thought... why couldn't Felan be Coahoma's second-asshole-in-command? PLOT TWIST OMG!
Just a messy sketch for now, but, yes. This is Felan and he turns BAD after Tane leaves the Amanaki Misae. *cackle*
